Accompanied by several senior students and members of his family, Ollie was presented with the award at the Martial Arts Illustrated Hall of Fame presentation evening in Burton-on-Trent in November.<\/div>\n<div class=\"article\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"article\">\n<!--more-->\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article\">Ollie has been involved in martial arts for most of his life, and has black belt and instructor grades in several martial arts. He has taught in Cambridge for many years, and founded the Academy in 1989. He also wrote a book on Combat Sombo, helping to popularize the art in this country.<\/div>\n<div class=\"article\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"article\">Ollie is a full-time instructor, teaching four evenings each week.
