Experience a synthesised blend of multi-cultural disciplines, in a safe and non-threatening environment. Experienced instructors\u00a0will share essential skills and training methods \u00a0developed to increase confidence, co-ordination and fitness.<\/p>\n<p>This course is designed for adult beginners, and will introduce the skills in a safe and fun environment.
