Skills\u00a0from Panantukan (Dirty Boxing), Jeet Kune Do and Korean Kuk Sool-Hapkido will be blended to give a unique, dynamic and complete system developed to increase confidence, co-ordination and fitness.<\/p>\n<p>This course is designed for adult beginners, and will introduce the skills in a safe and fun environment. You must be at least 14 years old to join.
