Senior Instructor Ollie Batts
held a close-quarter combat and grappling seminar at the Leys
Sports Complex in August. During the day, participants trained
in many aspects of empty-hand training: strikes, entries, limb-trapping
& tie-ups, take-downs, locks & submissions, and grappling
on the ground. Several members were assessed for promotion, here
are the results:
