ENVIRONMENTAL SELF-DEFENCE SEMINARS

One-day introductory workshops on personal safety and self-defence. In these workshops, we identify and assess potentially risky situations, and show how to avoid such situations where possible. For worst case scenarios, we show you how to evade or escape from an attacker (or attackers), and also how to fight back effectively when necessary.

Physical response skills and tactics taught emphasise simplicity and practicality. As well as empty-hand training, we cover assessment of the environment and everyday objects, and how these can be utilised in an emergency situation.

We cover what the law allows you to do in defending yourself, or other people. In addition, we cover the psychological aspects relating to stressful situations, including Fear, Adrenalin and the Fight or Flight response.

Senior Instructors Ollie Batts & Julie Gabriel teach self defence courses and workshops in many local schools, colleges and businesses. Contact us for more details.
